INTRODUCTION TO CITY GATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The City Gate Community Development District (“District”) is an independent special district, created pursuant to and existing under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and established by Ordinance No. 09-68, enacted by the County Commission of Collier County, Florida on December 1, 2009. The District includes within its boundaries approximately 253 acres of land located in Collier County just east of S.R.951 and north of Interstate 75. Within its boundaries, the District will have approximately 2,750,000 square feet of commercial, light industrial, office, warehouse and distribution space.

DISTRICT INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROPERTY
The District has yet to issue general revenue bonds for infrastructure nor does it own any property within the District.
DISTRICT ANNUAL BUDGETS
The District annually approves an operations and maintenance “O&M” budget. There is no annual debt service budget since the District has yet to issue general revenue bonds.

DISTRICT ANNUAL NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENTS
The District annually collects an O&M assessment from property owners within its boundaries. The O&M assessment funds the District’s annual O&M activities.
